From off the island or the north end of the island:

Take exit 8 off of I-95 in South Carolina. Take US HWY 278 east onto Hilton Head Island.  At mile marker 3, avoid the toll road (stay right on Business 278). Turn left into Northridge Plaza (between mile marker 4 and 5), just before Mathews Drive.

From the south end of the island:

Take Business 278 west. Turn right into Northridge Plaza just passed Mathews Drive and Port Royal Plantation (between mile marker 5 and 4).
